Sending Sunshine!

Supplies:  Saying Set - Hero Arts CL184, Large Solid Flower -
Hero Arts CG248, Versamark Ink, white gel pen, Tuxedo
black ink - Memento, Chrome Yellow Archival Ink - Ranger,
White cardstock, Kraft Cardstock - Bazzill Basics, Fiskars
Stamp press, Purple Cows Guillotine and pop dots.

Created this card for this month's challenge on Hero Arts called "Sunshine and Showers".

I stamped with versamark watermark ink on kraft, left to dry and then got doodling with a white gel pen.  to make the petals of the flower look like splashes of raindrops!.  Then I added the "Sunshine" by stamping the flower on white cardstock with yellow chrome ink and then stamping the sentiment on top!.

Thanks so much for peeking, hope you have a great week.  Thanks so much for stopping by today.

Paperplay - "Sketch & Stash"

This week's challenge on Paperplay is "Sketch & Stash".  The above is the sketch by our wonderful boss! Sandie and the added challenge is to use something from your stash.

This week we are very kindly sponsored by Wink Wink Ink and I used a freebie digi which was available a while ago on their Paper Craft Planet Group.  There is a cute chick freebie available here at the moment (check out the left side bar).
Supplies: Digital image - freebie from Wink Wink Ink, MS border punch,
PTI sentiment, misc button and ribbon from my stash,
coloured with copics and embroidery floss.

I did adapt the sketch to have a square in the centre instead of a circle as the image had an existing border which I wanted to keep.

Thanks so much for peeking and I hope you get a chance to play along with this fun sketch this week.
