and sequins.

I think this would be perfect for a teen. I added machine stitching around the edge which held the tag to the cardstock. I stamped the stamp in black, fussy cut it out and added a layer of glossy accents on top to get a shiny speech bubble. A light sprinkle of white sequins finishes it off.

yes it would be a great teen card... especially for those teen boys. in fact that background pp would be awesome for a 21st card. I'm looking for ideas for my nephew's card
