Paperplay Challenge - Week One - "Precious Metals"

First Paperplay Challenge of 2010.  The very talented Julie is setting this week's challenge and it is called "Precious Metals".  She would like your work to feature metal, or metallic elements - could be embossing, inks, charms, findings, anything as long as it's gold, silver, bronze, or copper.

Supplies: Silver cardstock, Jane's Monster-mania-spike available here,
copics, silver gelpen, white letters by Papermania, pop dots and googly eye!

I opted to use silver on my DT card.  Used my new Labels 8 set to cut the silver cardstock - sorry about the poor photo but I can't seem to manage to take photos during the daylight (boys still on holidays so lots of distractions!).  I then printed one of Jane's monsters (monster mania spike) available here onto cardstock, cut using my nesties and coloured with copics and a silver gel pen.  Lettering by Papermania which I coloured with the silver gel pen to tie in with the precious metals theme.  Then I added a googly eye and matted using pop dots.

Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you play along with Paperplay Challenges this week.
